Tea to relax: Make a tea with the herbs listed below:

Pressure Reduction Point: Make a fist with your left hand, placing the fingers in the centre of the palm. Find the point where the middle finger ends in the palm's "heart." Then, using your right thumb, press for 1 minute. This will reduce the anxiety-inducing agitation of prana.
Pose for Relaxation: Lie down on your back in savasana, the "Corpse" or Relaxation pose, with your arms by your sides.
Relax by Meditating: While sitting quietly, focus your attention on the top of your head.
