Introduction: Color Treatment
According to Ayurvedic treatment, colors also have the properties to cure diseases. The vibrational energy of colors can be harnessed to establish balance in the mind and body.
Color is nothing but light, and light is the energy given off from each atom. The source of light and color is the sun. In our solar system, most of the colors we see come from the sun's rays. Each color has a different wavelength, frequency and vibration. When we put sunlight in a prism, we can see the seven colors of the rainbow separately, but all the seven colors together give white light, not black. Black is a negative colour, and white is a positive colour.
According to Ayurveda it is based on the idea that colors create an electrical impulse in our brain, which stimulates hormonal and biochemical processes in our body. These processes excite or calm us.
You can enhance your health and happiness by choosing appropriate colors for your home and work clothes and surroundings.
Apart from this, if you keep a colored, translucent jar or glass of water in the sun for four hours, then the water will become fruitful under sunlight, drinking this water can bring beneficial results.
