  • Lunch: Lentils + Semolina + Red Rice + Salad
  • Snack: Handful of nuts
  • Dinner: Lentil soup + vegetable

Some more tips that will help you lose weight fast

  • Cut down on all forms of sugar, especially from coffee and tea.
